Excuse the old morning face, i have got up this morning with my brows still in place :) Thank You Demi your customer service was spot on. She let me know step by stepwhat she was doing and asked if i was comfortable and at the end she asked if i was happy with them. Well worth the introductory offer of £10! i will definitely be having it again.
